Jay Singh
Founder and Principal
Dr. Jay Singh is a retired Career Senior Foreign Service Officer and the Founder and Principal of DIGG. Over a 16-year career at USAID, he served as Country Representative and Mission Director in Jamaica, Mission Director in Azerbaijan, and Center Director for Environment, Energy & Infrastructure in Washington — where he oversaw close to a $1 billion budget and 105 staff across USAID's premier climate finance and renewable energy portfolio. Jay also held leadership positions in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Japan, South Sudan, and Afghanistan, and served as Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston. Beyond DIGG, he serves as Chairperson of the Board of Raregivers Inc. and Senior Advisor to the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS) in Athens. He holds a PhD from the University of Washington, an MA from the Patterson School at the University of Kentucky, and an MBA from Panjab University.

Christine Singh is a seasoned Foreign Affairs Officer known for her precision and effectiveness in navigating complex U.S. foreign policy challenges. She brings a strong track record of success in interagency coordination and strategic negotiation support, working closely with stakeholders across government to advance key diplomatic priorities. Christine holds a Master's degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Texas.

Rishi Singh holds an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in Global Affairs from George Mason University. With experience as a Researcher and Terrorism Data Analyst at TraCCC, he documented global/regional terrorist attacks contributing to projects for U.S. agencies and published on current terrorism tactics, trends and regional security. His work blends research, policy analysis, and data-driven insights in international development and security.
